1. We Don't Use Subcontractors
If someone uses subs, you don't know who is coming in each time.
2. No Contracts
Seriously we don't require one. If you require one, we have a simple one we can use. Look, if it isn't working out, we want to work with you to get a cleaner, not tell you that in the fine print you have to give us 5 chances to fix it and 45 day written notice. Nobody wins then.
3. Communicate Directly to the Cleaners
We encorage you to get to know your cleaner and communicate directly with them. If you have a concern, you can always call the office. When the cleaner feels like part of the team, they really get to know your special requirements and they just clean better.
